Bartering, Striders and killing Hoglins for food are the prime example of this. When a feature is well implemented, it becomes a part of the normal Minecraft gameplay and you can't believe you ever didn't have it. Even for a player of 8 years such as myself, these features in 1.16 have provided an entirely novel Minecraft Survival experience!
Making use of striders to cross large lava lakes running out of food and racing against the Piglins for a Hoglin kill finding gold ore to barter with Piglins until I have loads of fire resistance, ender pearls and crying obsidian to make a respawn anchor. I've been doing a lot of Nether building and Nether survival lately, so I've really now had a chance to playtest the 1.16 update thoroughly. I have been playing a lot of survival Minecraft lately, and have been absolutely loving the 1.16 update. (#spoiler) = neat!
